COVID-19 Guidelines
• Facility has prepared and implemented a written Workplace Specific Plan.
• Observed employees wearing face coverings and gloves.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Observed 6ft markings on the floor.
• All condiments are to go only and disposable eating utensils are being used.
• Per plan, employees gets their temperatures checked and logged by a manager prior to work.
• Per manager, high touch areas are sanitized every 20 minutes.
• Facility has closed their dine in seatings per the new CDPH order on 7/11/2020. Facility is currently doing take out and outdoor seatings only.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at the register and all hand sinks.
• Menus are on the board.
• Observed soda fountain still open for self-service. Per manager, customer are required to use a clean cup each time. Signs posted at the soda fountain.
• Observed signs posted on the restroom doors allowing 2 people at a time.
• Per manager, pagers are being sanitized after each customer use.
• Physical barrier installed at the register.
• Employee training documented electronically. Per manager, a copy of the COVID19 protocols was given to each employee.

Observed quat sanitizer from the sanitizer bucket and quat santizer wipes at <200ppm. Manager replaced the sanitizer bucket and added quat solution into the wipe container.
Maintain quat sanitizer at 200ppm.

01/21/2020: Routine Inspection

 Minor - 4

Observed quat sanitizer from the sanitizer bucket under the espresso machine and bakery counter measured <200ppm. Manager replaced the sanitizer bucket on site. Maintain quat sanitizer at 200ppm.

Observed no single use paper towel in the front left hand sink and back right hand sink. Maintain hand sinks fully stock with hand soap and single use paper towel at all time.

Observed the following potentially hazardous food out of temperature:
- Cut cantaloupes and salad dressing inside the undercounter sauce refrigerator measured at 48F. Manager relocate all potentially hazardous food from this unit into the walk in cooler. Repair this unit and make sure it is able to cold hold at <41F before using it to store potentially hazardous food. Correct by 1/24/20.

Observed food container containing oil missing labels. Provide label immediately.
REPEAT VIOLATION.
