1.) Observed items in top holding on the prep line reading at 44 °F. Several items broccoli, raw onion, zucchini were overstocked in their tubs. Please turn down temperature or have unit serviced to hold temp at 41°F or below. Discontinue practice of stocking foods above the "food line" in the tubs. Please keep foods covered during slow periods to help maintain cool temperatures throughout.

1.) Observed walk-in freezer door not closing properly. Please repair/replace freezer door to allow for door to close without any obstruction.

2.) Observed ice accumulation in walk-in freezer. Please maintain walk-in freezer to prevent ice accumulation.

Discussed the complaint with the manager(Thang Lam). Per manager he has received the same complaint from customer.


- Checked soda at the fountains-soda is Ok
- Checked rack below soda fountain-clean
- Checked syrup at the back room-clean
- Checked inside ice machine- clean
- Observed soda cups and lids at the counter; all are clean; straws are packed.
- Employees are wearing cape & hair net.
- Per facility's weekly plan, lobby drink station and ice machine have been cleaned on weekly basis (detail cleaning).
- Per available document, facility has contracted with Ecolab for pest control. Facility was checked by Ecolab on 3/24/2021.
- Dead and dry nats observed behind the soda machine on old sticky advanced pest control pad.

- Clean rust behind ice dispenser at soda fountain machine.
- Clean fans inside rest room

COVID-19 Routine Restaurant Inspection
Facility has offering takeout service.
A Workplace Specific Plan was not provided during inspection. Update plan periodically and keep documentation.
