-Observed no hot water provided at 3 comp sink.
-All food facilities shall have a 3 compartment sink provided with hot water at a minimum of 120F.
-Fix unit to properly supply hot water of 120F at 3 compartment sink by 06/01/2021.
-Facility will use food grade hose from mop sink with hot water of 120F and above to rinse dishes.
-Failure to comply may result in a mandatory re-inspection fee of $398 and a red placard.

-Observed raw eggs sitting on counter nearest grill at 70F.
-All potentially hazardous foods shall either be stored at 41F and below or properly labeled with date of preparation and discard time.
-Eggs were voluntarily discarded.

Items were voluntarily placed in walk-in cooler and reach-in freezer to return to correct cold holding temperatures.

Observed empty paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink in the main kitchen. Handwashing sink must be supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers at all times. Corrected on site.

Repeat violation - Current food facility manager certification not available at the time of inspection. Facility must have, at minimum, one employee with a current food safety manager certification. Certificate must be maintained on site at the facility and made available upon request. Obtain current certificate by 12.13.2019. (Email copy of certificate to inspector)

Observed unchained CO2 cylinders in ice machine room and in the bar. Compressed gas cylinders must be securely fasten to the wall. Correct immediately.

Observed worn, cracked, melted rubber spatulas. Discard and replace. Correct ASAP.

Observed grime/food debris accumulation on several refrigerator handles throughout the facility. Clean and sanitize handles frequently to prevent cross contamination. Correct immediately.

Observed grime accumulation in the bottom of the container that holds the ice scoop next to the soda dispenser. Clean and sanitize. Correct immediately.

Observed spilled liquid on the floor behind equipment in the bar. Pull out equipment in bar and conduct a deep clean. Correct by 11.20.2019.
