REPEAT VIOLATION Observed previous frozen sandwiches at 40* without expiration date. When removing sanwhiches or any food item (bread) from freezer to fridge or shelf, item must be dated. Sandwhiches are good for 20 days from pulling from freezer, bread 6 days.

Observed no hand soap or sanitizer available at 3 comp sink. Facility handles only prepacked items so no food contact surfaces are present. Ideally employees are washing hands and sanitizer is available in case of egg cracking or milk spill.
