Observed cold holding at left side of refrigerator >41 *F (minced meat probed 50*F and discarded voluntarily). Cold holding must be at or below 41*F. Per owner, a repair company has an appointment to fix the refrigerator at the end of February 2021. Please refrain from storinig potentaially hazardous foods before adjusting cold holding temperature at or below 41*F. Call at 530-488-0399 for re-inspection when the malfunctioning refrigeration part has been fixed.
