Observed moist mop stored in mop bucket. Mop storage racks do not hold onto mop. Repair mop storage racks so that they can be hung to allow proper drying.

Observed multiple rubber mats slipping and moving on floor of kitchen creating a tripping hazard. Provide mats that stay in place or are not easily movable.

Facilities current food safety manager cert has expired. Manager is scheduled to take test this week. Send current certificate to REHS. Note: all food handlers are required to have food handler certification.

Observed thawing frozen chicken in prep sink with no running water. Frozen food shall be thawed under refrigeration, completely submerged in water, or with cold water running over. Employee placed frozen chicken under running water. Corrected on site.

Observed grime on inside baffle of ice machine. Burn all ice in machine and sanitize all inside surfaces.

Observed sugar and flour bulk bins with bowls and plastic scoops stored inside. Bulk ingredients with scoop stored in ingredient must be a metal scoop with handle, stored with handle facing up, to protect from contamination. Provide metal scoops with handles.
