Cleaning chemicals observed stored alongside soda syrup boxes. Keep chemicals stored away from foods.

Sanitizer bucket at cookline observed at 50 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer was remade during inspection. Check and change sanitizers often to ensure they are at the proper concentration.

Water temperature observed at 113*. Raise to 120*+.

Clean backs of handles on refrigerators.
