All employees are required to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification within 30 days from the date of hire and the facility is required to maintain copies on site. Employee has not obtained a Certification. Be sure all employees get certified and copies maintained on site no later than 1/21/2021.

Facility offers cheese plates only.

Observed CalOSHA guidelines at facility. Discussed Covid 19 measurements and observed employees wearing masks.

Observed 3-compartment sink and dishwasher drainage piping extending into the floor sink basin. Provide a minimum of a 1" air gap between the rim of the floor sink and the bottom of the drainage pipe.

Observed unlabeled spray bottle in back kitchen area. Be sure all containers storing chemicals are properly labeled. Correct.
