Observed missing hood filters, make sure hood has filters at all times if cooking equipment is being used. Filters were being cleaned, please have extra filters on site when cleaning filters or wait until after closing ot clean filters.


Observed container of raw chicken being stored on racks in walk-in cooler above pre-packaged drinks. Please make sure all raw meat is stored below any ready to eat items.

*Please consider repainting and repairing wall opposite three comp sink, it is showing signs of wear and water damage. If you will continue to keep washed dishes on rack against wall, make sure to place a liner or some sort of barrier on back of rack to avoid more damage to the wall.
