On-site for reinspection of Major Violations noted in routine inspection report dated 8/5/24.

Observations:
-All rodent droppings have been cleaned up and surfaces sanitized throughout facility.
-Per facility, pest control company will provide service on 8/8. Send inspector pest control report by 8/9.
-Discussed other minor outstanding violations (Food Manager certificate, thermometers).
-Discussed importance of corrected major violations (hand washing sinks supplied, sanitizer concentration).

Routine Inspection.
Due to evidence of rodent activity, a Yellow Placard has been posted. Facility must be cleaned & sanitized (no evidence of rodent droppings) before opening tomorrow (8/6/24). Inspector will perform reinspection prior to facility opening. Call pest control to service facility, send inspector pest report by 8/9/24.

Failure to comply in the above may result in closure of the facility and reinspection fees.

On-site for reinspection of violation regarding walk-in refrigerator, noted on routine inspection report dated 3/5/24 and verification inspection report dated 3/8/24.

Observations:
Walk-in refrigerator was repaired two hours previously, holding an ambient temperature of 44*F. Per repair guide, refrigerator may take 3-5 hours to reach correct operating temperature.
A photo of the thermometer was sent to inspector 2 hours later, verifying ambient temperature at 37*F.

In compliance, violation corrected. Facility permitted to use walk-in refrigerator to hold potentially hazardous food.

Note: Per verification inspection report dated 3/8/24, trash behind facility to be cleaned up by 3/18/24. Failure to comply will result in a Yellow Placard and reinspection fee of $448. Send inspector photo of dumpster area.

Reinspection of walk-in refrigerator required. Reinspection will occur on/about 3/8/24. Do NOT store potentially hazardous food in walk-in until repaired and reinspected. Failure to comply may result in a Yellow Placard and/or reinspection fee of $448.

*Note: Change of ownership in process. Please note, health permits are non-transferrable. Once change of ownership occurs, new owner must submit a food facility permit application and pay the permit fees. An application was left at the facility.

This office will return on or around 5/3/23 to verify that the MAJOR VIOLATION has been corrected. Failure to comply may result in a yellow placard and re-inspection fee of $417. Correction may be emailed to inspector before this date.
