No food safety manager certification available at the time of inspection. Facility must have, at minimum, one employee with a valid food safety manager certification. Certificate must be kept on site and made available upon request. Email copy of valid certificate by 9.24.2021 and maintain copy on site.

Observed trash and debris accumulation behind dumpster behind the facility. Garbage enclosed must be tight fitting and leak proof. Call Recology and schedule for a new dumpster to be delivered.

Repeat Violation - Observed no sanitizer bucket prepared at the time of inspection. A sanitizer solution with 100ppm chlorine or 200 ppm quat must be prepared and available to sanitize food contact surfaces. Correct immediately.

Observed 0ppm quat in the sanitizer solution prepared in the 3-comp sink. Sanitizer must be provided at 200ppm. Note: chemical dispensing unit under the 3-comp sink is not properly dispensing quat sanitizer when turned on. Contact service technician to repair dispenser.

Until chemical dispenser is repaired and functioning properly, sanitizer solution must be prepared by hand dosing. Use chemical test strips to verify sanitizer has been prepared to the proper concentration. Note: quat sanitizer solution prepared at the time of inspection.

Observed grime accumulation on the can opener. Clean.

Observed no toilet paper in the restroom. Restrooms must be stocked and supplied with toilet paper, soap and towels.

Observed trash, debris and cigarettes butts outside on the ground behind the facility. Premise must be kept clean and free of debris. Correct.
