NOTES:
This is a combined routine inspection and complaint response report regarding alleged complaint: selling expired Philippine pork product and bitter tasting fried Tilapia (CO0025811).
Explained the complaint to the Person In Charge. Per person in charge, facility didn't get the mentioned complaint from customers.
Observations:
- Most prepackaged pork products do have expiration date. Observed no expired pork product during inspection.
- A few prepackage pork products do not have expiration date; labeled keep frozen on the package.
- Per person in charge, tilapia cooked and sold on same day. Oil used to fry fish discarded on daily basis. All hot holding cases including fried tilapia probed 135*F.
