- grease/oil below vinegar/soy sauce shelf cleaned.
- Meat cutting area is clean.
- Observed a slow moving cockroach on the floor below utensil storage.

Reminder:
Please keep applying pesticide. Per Clark pest control report kitchen was treated with pesticide in the cracks, crevices and behind all the equipment.

- please clean all corners throughout the kitchen and floor around prep sink frequently.

Observed live cockroaches in the kitchen below utensil storage and behind meat cutting/packaging area. Facility called pest control and per manager pest control will arrive in the facility at 4:00 pm. Per an employee Clark pest control applied insecticide the kitchen today. Per Clark pest control visit on 8/17/20 report target pests marked as none. Restaurant/kitchen stops food prep, cooking and selling.Yellow placard posted.
Reinspection will be conducted on 8/18/2020.


Observed hot holding at old steamer 120-126*F. Adjust hot holding at or >135*F. Reinspection will be conducted on 8/18/2020.


Observed hand washing sink in the kitchen was not accessible. Hand sink must be accessible and employees must wash their hands at all times. Corrected on site.
