On site for 1st re-inspection to follow up on hot water violation noted on 10/27/20.


Observed hot water temperature from the water heater reading at 125F, however, hot water at the 3 comp sink was at 116F. Repair as needed and ensure hot water of 120F is provided at the 3 comp sink.

A 2nd chargeable re-inspection will be conducted on or before 11/3/20. Please contact PCEH if more time is needed to avoid additional chargeable re-inspection.

COVID-19 Guidelines
• Facility has prepared and implemented a written Workplace Specific Plan.
• Observed employees wearing face coverings.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Per Plan, high touch areas are sanitized 6 or more times a day.
• No dining area. Foods are being delivered to patients room.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at entrance to facility.
• Per manager, employees been trained on COVID-19 Plans. However, there was no employee training log/ record on site. Please provide employee training log on site with Plan.
• Disposable and digital menus are being used.
• Employee and guest health screening and temperature checks are being done prior to entering the hospital.
• Per Plan, employee breaks are staggered to allow proper social distancing.

A re-inspection will be conducted on or before 10/30/20. Failure to correct violation may result in a yellow placard and/ or chargeable re-inspection. Please contact PCEH if more time is needed.
