Facility has implemented social distancing protocols with stools and tables.
Cleaning and disinfecting to be performed in high traffic areas.
Business is primarily a retail business with a limited amount of seating for wine tasting.
Mask are being worn by employees and encouraged to be worn by patrons.

Observed: 3 compartment sink only reaches 105F then drops to 90F after running for 3 minutes.

Corrective Action: Facility shall service the 3 compartment sink to reach 120F minumum to remain in compliance. This is the second vioaltion for the same issue and shall be addressed as soon as possible to avoid a conditional placard and possible re-inspection fees. Facilty shall use high temperature dish washer for all santitation of glass wear and plates.

Observation: Hot water at 3 compartment sink only reaches 100F.

Corrective Action: Water in 3 compartment sink shall reach a temperature of 120F for sanitizing of dishes. Please service/repair sink to reach 120F minimum. Facility has good working high temperature dish washer which is the primary form of washing and sanitizing of dish ware.
