Routine Inspection Observations:
Note that bar was not in use at time of inspection.
Hot water from 3 compartment sink observed at 120*F.
Warm water from hand sink observed at 100*F. Hand sink stocked with soap but no paper towels, see violation.
Cold held potentially hazardous foods (milk) observed below 41*F in glass door refrigerator.
No hot holding on site.
Ensure a copy of the health permit and today's provided green placard are posted in customer view.

Note: Verified food protection manager certifications for all managers. However, food handler cards are not kept in a centralized location for review as Human Resources keeps that information with each employee's file. In future inspections, facility must ensure inspectors can review food handler card status for all employees. Consider keeping a spreadsheet with names and expiration dates.

Facility has not paid the annual permit fee originally due 6/30/2021. Failure to pay the annual permit fee will result in late fees applied. A food facility may not be open without a valid permit to operate.

1) Observed no detectable level of chlorine sanitizer in the lobby bar glass washer when it was run. Facility shall discontinue using the unit until repaired to have 50ppm chlorine sanitizer. For the time being, use the 3 compartment sink for washing/rinsing/sanitizing.

2) No chlorine sanitizer test strips are present at the lobby bar. Ensure chlorine sanitizer test strips are available for employees to check the glass washer daily.

Toilet paper is not stored inside of dispensers in all employee restrooms. Discontinue the practice of using toilet paper outside of dispensers so that operation is hands free. Utilize the wall mounted dispensers.

The lobby bar hand wash sink does not have a paper towel dispenser and no paper towels are present for use. Facility shall install a mounted paper towel dispenser for hands free use.

Observed open cherries next to hand wash station at the start of the inspection. Refrain from storing open food containers by hand wash sink or provide splash guard. Corrected at the time of the inspection.

Provide single use paper towels at hand wash station. Staff is currently using clean wiping cloths. Only paper towels or hot air dryers are allowed. Install.

Provide drain line for soda gun holster. This is a repeat violation.

1) Soda gun holster drainage lines were disconnected. Reattach and be sure drainage lines drain into a floor sink.
2) Observed broken gaskets on 3-door refrigeration unit. Repair. This is a repeat violation.
3) Observed ice buildup in left 1-door counter refrigeration unit. Repair.
