Corrective Action: Clean meat slicer to remove dried on meat. Clean slicer after each use.

Observed: Small amount of old dried mouse feces in rear storage room. No food stored.

Corrective Action: Clean and disinfect floors. Locate point of entry for mice and close off.

Observed: Bar dishwasher tested at 0PPM Chlorine.

Corrective Action: Bar dishwasher shall be serviced to reach 50PPM Chlorine residual. Use main kitchen dishwasher until service can be completed.

Observed: Syrup box for soda was leaking syrup on the floor near the alcohol storage area.

Correctve Action: Clean floor and replace syrup box.

Observed: There is a 1/2" space beneath the rear banquet door.

Corrective Action: Repair door to remove possible vector ingress.

Observed: Dishwasher in the bar registered at 0PPM sanitizer.

Corrective Action: Dishwasher at the bar shall be put out of service until the dishwasher can be repaired. The three compartment sink will be used or the main kitchen dishwasher.

Observed: Refrigerator unit below the main grill area temped at 58F.

Corrective Action: The refrigerator unit shall be put out of service. All hamburgers patties and pork slices were voluntarily discarded.
