Observed front counter hand sink without paper towel dispenser, facility is using a paper towel roll. Please install a small paper towel dispenser.

Observed items such as boxes for food and food containers stored near bathroom and in walk-ways. Please organize facility to keep these areas clear, facility doesn't have enough room for all the items being stored.

Observed a chest freezer located near customer seating area. Chest freezer is not commercial grade. Please remove the chest freezer.

Observed bag of onions on floor of storage room, please make sure food items are stored at least 6 inches above ground.

*Observed a carton of eggs stored on top rack in reach in cooler, one of the eggs was cracked. Please store eggs on bottom racks and not above ready to eat items, corrected on site. Hot plates are to be used only to boil water and not cook, please use TurboOvens in facility to cook any food items or use pre-cooked items and place in hot holding steam table once heated in microwave or ovens. Please remove fryers from facility, corrected on site.
