Observed dust build up on back restroom air vent. Clean affected area.

Observed bin of clean dish ware stored on top of grease trap. Discontinue storage on top of grease trap to prevent possible contamination. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observed can of open condensed milk in Refrigeration unit. Discontinue storage of food items in cans to prevent possible contamination. CORRECTED ON SITE.
