When employees were asked about test strips for sanitizer, employees didn't know where they were located. Please train employees on proper testing of sanitizer.

Please address the following:
Observed frozen raw tuna wrapped in plastic thawing on top of drain board of three comp sink. Please thaw items under refrigeration or submerged under cool running water in prep sink. Observed ant bait traps around hot water heater and a can of Raid ant spray in storage room, if having an issue with pests, please contact a pest control company and discontinue use of household pest control products.
