Observed the 3 comp sink provided with hot water at 113*F. Provide hot water at a minimum of 120*F ASAP. Comply by 4/21/2021. Re-inspection will be conducted on 4/22/2021. Failure to adjust hot water temprature at a minimum temperature of 120*F may result in closure or re-inspection fee (2-hours) $ 398.

Observed uncovered drinks in several containers. Cover drinks at all times to prevent food from contamination. Corrected.

COVID19 Consultation

- Observed facility was offering indoor service to customers (10 customers were sitting inside the facility with out keeping minimum 6 feet physical distancing). Per the State Health Officer’s order issued on July 13, 2020, all restaurants should continue providing only outdoor dining, takeout, drive-through, and delivery. Please stop indoor service to prevent potential risk of COVID-19 viral transmission.

- Observed employees were not wearing face covering. Face covering must be provided for employees to prevent potential risk of COVID-19 viral infection.

Discussed the issue with the owner via phone. Per owner the gathering was not to sell drink. During inspection 2 customers were served with drink. In addition, more customers were coming inside the facility after the door has opened.
The facility's posted operation hour is from 3:00 pm to 12:00 AM.

Revisit will be conducted on 8/27/2020.
