2) Observed various shelves in walk-in cooler and throughout the market lined with cardboard. Please discontinue practice of lining shelves with cardboard and use material that meets the following criteria:
1. Smooth
2. Free of breaks, open seams, cracks, chips, inclusions, pits, and similar imperfections.
3. Free of sharp internal angles, corners, and crevices.
4. Finished to have smooth welds and joints.
5. Accessible for cleaning

1) Observed grime, dust and food residue on wire racks in walk-in cooler. Please clean wire racks in the walk-in cooler to prevent accumulation of grime, dust and food residue.

2) Observed significant dust build up for air vent in employee restroom. Please maintain vents to prevent dust accumulation.

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Clean as often as needed to preclude accumulation of soil residues.


1) Observed various food items (flour, rice, chickpeas, potatoes) on the floor in the back storage area. Please discontinue practice of placing food items directly on the floor.

1) Observed significant grime build up on wall by onions. Please maintain walls to prevent grime build up.
