No food safety manager certificate available at time of inspection.
All food facilities that serve potentially hazardous foods shall have at least one Certified Food Safety Manager.
A re-inspection will be conducted on or around 10/4/2021 to check for a Food Safety Manager Certificate.

Observed grease build-up in and on sides of fryers.
Observed grease build-up on fryer baskets.
Observed grime build-up on, around, and underneath donut fryer.
Observed dust build-up on fans inside of walk-in cooler.
Observed dust/mold build-up on racks in walk-in cooler.
Observed grime build-up on handles of refrigerators and freezers.
All equipment shall be clean and in good repair.
Clean and sanitize all equipment to prevent possible food contamination and vermin infestations.

All food facilities shall be kept free of vermin and insects to prevent possible contamination.

Observed a tray of lumpia in front sales area being held at 110F.
All potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or above 135F or at or below 41F.
Facility is using time as a public health and no records were on-site.
Facility is now using timers and set the timer appropriately.
Corrected on site.

REPEAT VIOLATION:
Facility does not have a current Certified Food Safety Manager.
Food facilities that prepare potentially hazardous foods must have, at minimum, one Certified Food Safety Manager on staff.
Obtain current Food Safety Manager Certification by 03/25/2021.


Soap dispenser at front hand washing sink was broken at time of inspection.
All hand washing facilities must be fully stocked with warm water, paper towels, and soap.
Please repair or replace soap dispenser.

Back hand washing sink near 3 comp. sink was filled with towels.
All hand washing facilities must be fully supplied and accessible at all times.
Remove towels from hand washing sink.

Soap dispenser at front hand washing facility seemed to not dispense soap easily.
Consider replacing soap dispenser at front hand washing station.

REPEAT VIOLATION! Observed grime and food debris accumulation on the floor under equipment throughout the facility. CONDUCT DEEP CLEAN! Clean under all equipment, from the front customer display case to the back. Comply by 12.25.2019

Failure to correct violation will result in a $389 re-inspection fee.

Observed sanitizer bucket concentration at <50ppm. Bleach/chlorine sanitizer must be prepared to 100ppm. Corrected on site.
