Observed unlabeled bottles of tahini. The facility operator stated that the small containers of tahini are filled with tahini from a larger jar at her house and transported to the facility. All food storage and food preparation shall be done at an approved food facility. The large jar of tahini should be stored on-site of the food facility and not at the operators house. Discontinue practice immediately.
