COVID-19 Guidelines
• Facility has prepared and implemented a written Workplace Specific Plan. Employee training log was not completed. Please email employee training log to zxiong@placer.ca.gov by 7/30/20.
• Observed one employee without face covering interacting and standing within six feet of the other employee. Ensure employees are wearing face covering and maintaining physical distancing per CDPH guidelines.
• Observed physical distancing signs posted, but no COVID19 signs posted. COVID19 signs was emailed to the operator.
• Observed no barriers installed at point of sale. Recommend installing barriers at the point of sale per CDPH guidelines.
• Per Plan, high touch areas are sanitized every hour.
• Facility has reduced the outdoor seating capacity of the onsite dining areas to provide a minimum of 6 foot physical distancing. Observed indoor seatings closed.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at entrance to facility and at register.
• Menus on the board.
• Observed coffee station opened to the public. Opened disposable lids, spoons and forks is stored at the coffee station for customer self-service. Per manager, he will be closing the coffee station and keeping all the opened disposable utensils behind counters. Manager revised the plan on site.
• Per manager, employee is required to pass a health screening and temperature check before and after work. Temperature is logged on site.
• Observed six feet markings on the floor by the point of sale.

Reminders:
1) Failure to correct violations may result in a yellow placard and/ or chargeable re-inspection.
2) Observed the waste line from the coffee station waste tray at front of house going directly into the floor under the cabinets. Unable to verify where the waste line is going. Please ensure all liquid waste from equipments are being drained indirectly into an approved floor sink.

11/01/2019: Routine Inspection

Observed milk in the insulated container at the customer self service area measured at 46F. Maintain potentially hazardous food at <41F. Manager voluntarily discarded the container of milk and cream from the customer self service area on site.

Observed waste water from the nitro coffee waste tray dispensing into the refrigerator. A bottle filled with waste water connected to a rubber line was found disconnected inside the nitro coffee refrigerator.
Please route the waste line from the waste tray into the floor sink next to the nitro coffee or seal the hole on the waste tray and clean it throughout the day as needed.

Note: The waste line from the coffee waste tray was noted going into the floor under the cabinets. Unable to verify where the waste line is going. Make sure all waste line is draining into an approved floor sink.

Waste water from all equipment must be draining into an approved floor sink with a 1 inch air gap or back flow preventer connection.

A) Observed bottles of sauce or juice stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. Must store food at least 6 inches off the floor.

B) Observed food debris on the floor in the walk in freezer. Keep floors clean.

C) Observed a few food containers containing sugar, water and honey water with no labels. Provide.
