Sanitizer dispenser at three compartment sink in juice area was not dispensing sanitizer at proper concentration. Sanitizer in sink was 0 ppm. Sanitizer was replaced with solution made by hand. Until dispenser is repaired, do not use. Prepare sanitizer 200 ppm quat ammonium.

Raw beef and fish in meat department and in deli area observed thawing in standing water. When thawing, use approved method.

Cooked eggplant observed stored out of temperature control next to grill area. Eggplant was discarded during inspection. Once cooked, keep stored under temperature control (<41* or >135).

Temperature at hand wash sinks in restrooms was >108*. Temperature was adjusted during inspection. Water temperature at these sinks should be 100-108*.
