• Observed facility is offering outdoor, dine in and take out service during inspection.
Discussed with the owner, Scott Ashley, to close facility's dine in and outdoor service and wait update from Placer County Environmental health Office.
Educated the owner closing dine in and out door services play role in reducing the potential risk of Covid-19 viral transmission.
•A Workplace Specific Plan has not been reviewed periodically.
Please update Covid-19 Workplace specific plan and send copy via e-mail to mworke@placer.ca.gov. Comply by 1/5/2021.
• Observed employees were wearing face coverings.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Per manager, high touch areas are sanitized evey 30 minutes.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Facility is offering on site dining. A Workplace Specific Plan has not been prepared and implemented.
A work place specific plan was provided to operator and completed at the time of inspection.
• Observed employees wearing face coverings.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted
• Per Plan, high touch areas are sanitized every 30 minutes and tables are sanitized immediately customers leave .
• Facility has reduced the seating capacity of the on site dining areas to provide a minimum of 6 foot physical distancing.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided at entry door area and at point of sale.
• Employees have been trained on the contents of Plan. Training is documented.
• Please train employees on the contents of Plan and document the training.
