Routine inspection:
-Hand wash sink supplied and accessible.
-Cold holding recorded at temperatures below 41 degrees *F
-Hot holding recorded at temperatures higher than 135 *F

-Observed dust accumulating on vent cover in customer restroom. Please maintain vent covers to prevent dust accumulation. Employee cleaned vent cover while inspector was present. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Complaint alleges: Business is not following Covid-19 state guidelines and operating at full capacity.

-Face mask and 6-feet physical distancing posted on doors when entering facility.
-Hand sanitizer provided at host area and provided on every table.
-All employees are wearing mask while working.
-Facility has a Covid-19 prevention program that is implemented.
-Facility sanitizes tables, chairs, condiments, and menu's after customers leave.
-Facility is currently offering food service for indoor dining at 25% which is in line with Placer County’s current placement on the California Blueprint for a Safer Economy (red tier). For updates on Placer County’s reopening status, facility should frequent the following website:

Observed sanitizer bucket at 500 ppm quat. Maintain 200-300ppm. Chef contacted auto-chlor to adjust Quat dispenser, after adjustment Quat read at 200 ppm. CORRECTED ON SITE.

-Observed compressed nitrogen container not secured with chain. Please secure all compressed container with chain mounted to wall. Manager bought chain to secure nitrogen compressed gas container to wall. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Facility is offering out door dining during inspection.
• Observed employees were wearing face coverings.
• Observed physical distancing and COVID-19 signs posted.
• Facility has reduced the seating capacity of the on site dining areas to provide a minimum of 6 foot physical distancing.
• Observed hand sanitizer provided throughout the facility.
