No sanitizer buckets were prepared at the time of inspection. Sanitizer buckets should be prepared at the beginning of the day and switched out every four hours, or sooner if needed, to provide for adequate washing and sanitizing of in-use equipment, such as prep tables, every four hours or any time contamination may have occurred. CORRECTED ON SITE.

The certified employee is serving as the certified employee at two locations. A certified employee of one facility shall not be the certified employee at a second location or second facility. Have a new employee become a certified Food Safety Manager. Correct by 4/21/2022.
