Observations:
1) Ice machine has been unplugged and drained. Facility has stopped bagging ice.
2) Per phone conversation, owner will contact inspector next week for a consultation regarding plan check requirements and to discuss bringing ice machine into compliance.

Observed soiled mop in mop bucket. Hang mop to facilitate air drying.

1. Observed ice machine installed without approval from Placer County Environmental Health. Facility is bagging ice. Any changes to the facility or equipment MUST be approved by PCEH (See violation #48). 2. Observed ice machine draining into mop sink. Wastewater must drain into a floor sink. A floor sink is not present in facility. 3. No warewashing area is available in facility for washing the ice scoop. Cease and desist bagging ice and remove ice machine from the premises immediately. Comply by 9/1/22.

Observed spilled sticky liquid on floor of walk in cooler. Clean floor of walk in cooler.

Observed 3 door reach in cooler in back right corner of store at 65*F. Per employee, service company has been called to repair. Potentially hazardous food was discarded during inspection. Do not store potentially hazardous food, or any food products labeled "keep refrigerated", in cooler until repaired and temperature is at or below 41*F.

Observed equipment installed without approval from Placer County Environmental Health. Before installing new equipment, a plan review application must be submitted to PCEH for review and approval.

1. Observed two garbage bins in restroom full of trash, with used paper towels overflowing onto the floor. Remove garbage as often as necessary to keep toilet facilities clean. 2. Observed excess clutter in restroom, including signs, light bulbs, and dented drink cans. Remove clutter from restroom to allow for cleaning and use.
